Welcome to Fannibal Rising, the fanlisting collective of Hannibal Prince, ie: where I host and link to all of the fanlistings I own and am a part of (outside of my personal site).
Each fanlisting run by me is also coded, mantained and created by me and all edits on their sites are by me as well (so hopefully the sites will look better as my coding skills grow)! All my fanlistings are run/updated by hand because neocities doesn't take php so some updates may take time! Please forgive me!
